Chris Deason is currently in his
12th sucessful year at Voit Commercial Brokerage. Chris
specializes in commercial office tenant representation,
building acquisition, disposition and leasing.

His diversity of experience, knowledge and education provide
Chris the foundation necessary to extend to his clients
the highest level of professional service, market information
and economic alternatives, giving them the choices necessary
to recieve the best results in the marketplace.
Chris' absolute commitment to achieve
the best transactions for his clients has led such corporations
as Pacific Life Insurance Company, General Electric
Capital Corporations, Citicorp, Air Touch Cellular,
Bank of America, Land Rover of America and The Law Offices
of Snell & Wilmer to utilize Chris' services throughout
Southern California.
Chris has sucessfully negotiated
and completed over 600 lease and sale transactions since
1990 totaling nearly 5.4 million square feet, with a
total value exceeding $300,000,000. A few of Chris'
transactions have ranged from $25 million to $45 million,
which has also given Chris the honor of largest office
lease transaction in Orange County.
Chris' career accomplishments and
honors began in 1991 with the "Rookie of the Year"
award at Voit Commercial Brokerage. In following years,
Chris has been awarded the #1 Top Producer Award (Irvine
Office) and several other Top 5 office and Top 10 company
wide awards from Voit Commercial Brokerage. Additional
honors have included top broker awards from Pacific
Life Insurance Company, Lincoln Properties, Arden Realty
and the national Real Estate Forum to name a few.
Chris graduated on the Dean's List
from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelors
Degree in Finance/Real Estate Law.
