real estate services in the Orange County Market.
Mr Killian has been honored as a
Top Five broker at the sucessful and competitive Voit
Commercial Brokerage consecutively for the past eleven
(11) years and has been honored as a top broker by The
Irvine Company for eight (8) years. In addition, he
was recently named as a "Superstar Office Leasing
Broker" by the national Real Estate Forum magazine.
Mr. Killian's expertise in tenant
representation is proven by his ability to consistently
perform regardless of the market cycle, and through
nearly 450 transactions ranging from $500,000 to $55,000,000
in consideration.
Prior to beginning his tenure with
Voit Commercial Brokerage, Mr. Killian served as an
associate with Lee & Associates/Newport Beach, and
as a salesperson at Illiff Thorn/Newport Beach, where
he was names "Rookie of the Year". A graduate
of the University of Southern California, Mr. Killians
resides in Laguna Beach with his wife and three children.
