Timothy Regan is Vice President for Voit Real Estate Services’ Los Angeles, Ventura County and Phoenix regions. Voit Real Estate Services is a full-service commercial real estate company that provides a single-point service for properties and portfolios, including asset services, brokerage, development, property management, construction management and strategic planning,
as well as financial modeling, financial reporting, entitlement work, and development of exit strategies. |

Regan is currently responsible for the asset management of Voit owned
properties, as well as the account management of Voit’s Asset
Services division. As account manager, Regan is the single point
of contact for the lenders and court-appointed receivers that have
hired Voit to assist with the development, construction and asset
management of bank owned and/or non performing real estate assets.
Originally joining the firm’s Phoenix office in 1997, Regan was
responsible for the asset management of a $50 million Voit-owned
investment portfolio with properties located throughout the
United States.
After relocating to Voit’s Los Angeles office, Regan oversaw the
development of 500,000 square feet of build-to-suit facilities for Tubed
Products, Semtech Corporation, Ricon Corporation and The Import
Collection. Subsequently, Regan was responsible for the design,
entitlement, financing and construction of a new 150,000 square-foot
build-to-suit Class A office building and 500-car subterranean parking
structure for the city of Los Angeles. Known as the Marvin Braude
San Fernando Valley Constituent Service Center, this public-private
partnership project was completed under budget, ahead of schedule
and recently sold to the city of Los Angeles. Most recently Regan
completed just more than one million square feet of product in three of
Voit’s newest industrial projects located in the San Fernando Valley.
Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, Regan was Director of Leasing
and Project Manager for Atlanta, Georgia-based retail developer VDI
Services, Inc., where he was involved with the development, acquisition
and asset management of 27 retail shopping centers located throughout
the Southeastern United States. Regan began his real estate career as
a Leasing Agent with Westfield Partners, a Phoenix-based commercial
real estate developer.
He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of California, a
member of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP),
and an active volunteer in the West Valley Boys and Girls Club. Regan
earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance with a
minor in Real Estate from Arizona State University. |
