SANTA ANA, Calif., (August 9, 2006) – Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, has closed three industrial sales transactions totaling $6.5 million in Orange County.
Transaction #1:
CT Realty has sold an 11,312 square-foot industrial building for $2.5 million. The property is located at 1522 Brookhollow in the City of Santa Ana, Calif.
Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Boomer of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented the seller, CT Realty. Frank Adler of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Moote Pointe Partners, in the transaction.
Transaction #2:
South North Properties has acquired a 14,040 square-foot industrial building for $2.2 million. The property is located at 1641 McGaw Avenue in the City of Irvine, Calif.
Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, South North Properties. John Collins of Voit’s Irvine office represented the seller, GGP Holdings, LLC.
Transaction #3
J&F Enterprises has sold a 9,830 square-foot industrial property for $1.8 million. The property is located at 1132/142 North Batavia Street in Orange, Calif.
Brian Williams and Mike Hefner of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented the seller, J&F Enterprises. Rick Gill of Collins Commercial represented the buyer, Col/Am Properties.
