 VOIT’S ZEHNER GROUP DOUBLES SIZE OF TEAM

ANAHEIM, Calif., (June 21, 2010) – Voit Real Estate Services’ Zehner Group, one of Orange County’s premier commercial real estate marketing teams, has announced the addition of four key members, doubling the size of the group.  The Zehner Group specializes in industrial sales, leases, investment sales and land sales to individual property owners, institutional investors, owners and developers.

“We are expanding our team of exceptionally talented professionals, both in reach and depth,” explained Mitch Zehner, Executive Vice President of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office.  “We have been very busy recruiting top talent and continuing to provide ‘First Class Service’ to all of our current and future clients.”

Joining the team are Senior Marketing Associates, Ryan Moore and Jason Di Rocco, Executive Assistant and Team Coordinator, Jennifer Ellison, and Marketing Assistant, Brooke Porter.  Both Moore and Di Rocco previously worked at Lee & Associates where they were recognized as top performing new brokers.   Ellison and Porter joined Voit in 2003 and 2006 respectively as Marketing Assistants before joining the Zehner Group in 2010.

Zehner heads the eight person team along with his partner Seth Davenport, a Senior Vice President for Voit.  Rounding out the team are Vice President, Mike Boomer and Executive Assistant, Sabas Vargas.
