Voit’s Property Management group was created in 1973. Realizing that managing his own properties gives an owners perspective to the management function, Bob Voit created the Property Management arm of the company. Voit manages more than 22 million square feet of third-party assets – all with the care of a surrogate owner.
In order to allow property owners to execute the most efficient long-term objectives for value enhancement and asset stabilization, Voit offers in-house service capabilities for managing all commercial assets including retail, industrial, multi-family, land and office properties. Our experienced property management professionals will act as “surrogate owners” to handle all of the financial accounting and record-keeping functions to keep you well informed and make the best decisions for common area maintenance, key lease dates, and tenant information. These services are personally coordinated by a single point of contact, paying attention to the details with the goal to get your property to its peak profitability.
In order to help you make the best decisions for your asset, Voit provides monthly detailed accounting reporting through the use of proven state-of-the-art Yardi, DYNA software platforms. These reports serve as the basis for recommendations to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues and anticipate potential future challenges.
